Is the birthday party planning service really free?

Yes, completely free. London Night Guide earns commission from the venues, so you never pay us anything. Our concierge service, guestlist entry, and party planning are all complimentary.

How far in advance should I book my birthday?

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks ahead for weekday celebrations and 2-4 weeks for Friday and Saturday nights. Popular venues like Tape London and Cirque Le Soir fill up fast, especially during peak season.

What's the minimum group size for birthday packages?

Most venues welcome groups from 4 people upwards. For VIP table bookings, minimum spends typically start from £500-£1,000 depending on the venue and night. Guestlist entry has no minimum spend.

What should I wear to a birthday party at a London nightclub?

Most Mayfair and West End clubs enforce a smart/elegant dress code. For men: tailored trousers, smart shoes, and a collared shirt. For ladies: dresses, heels, and sophisticated evening wear. No sportswear or trainers.

Can I get a birthday cake brought to the club?

Many venues allow birthday cakes — some even provide them as part of their birthday packages. Let our concierge team know and we'll arrange it with the venue directly.

Do you arrange birthdays for 18th and 21st celebrations?
