London’s Rock Music Venues

This article goes out to all our rock enthusiasts, providing you the best London’s Rock Music Venues! Rock and roll is one of the eldest, and most appreciated music genres, having started in the late 1940s. Since then, it has grown in popularity, and it has given the world iconic names and figures such as The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and many more. Thus, many venue owners have created rock-themed havens, for their fans. Below, we are going to list, some of the most interesting of London’s Rock Music Venues.

Roadhouse

Roadhouse

Roadhouse is a delightful party bar, which is sure to make you feel most welcome. The venue itself looks like a regular American diner, except it is much more vibrant in colors, and it is filled with entertaining activities. As far as the service goes, the cooking is absolutely delicious, and Roadhouse also offers their signature collection of cocktails. Combine this, with the exhilarating atmosphere that is provided by the live entertainment every night, and you have a recipe for success, as well as an entertaining night out. Roadhouse also gives you the chance to be the star of the night, with their Monday and Wednesday’s “Rockaoke” contest! They give you the opportunity to sing along to iconic tunes, alongside the live band, in order to win a £100 bar tab. Who wouldn’t want that?!  Definitely one of the best London’s Rock Music Venues!

Garlic and Shots

Garlic and Shots

This bar, does not only reach out to rock music fans, but also our ‘children of the night’ ones. It combines the vampire theme, by creating a menu that fills the kitchen with garlic, and a Rock and Roll theme, by playing loud heavy metal music in the bar downstairs, which is decorated with a massive plastic skull and of course a coffin. It looks like you entered an underground tunnel, and that gives the space an edge to it, but it still allows you to feel comfortable.

Slim Jims Liquor Store

Slim Jims Liquor Store

Slim Jims is a night bar with a lot to offer. It is dimly lit and surrounded by neon signs, which makes it look like you have entered a rave cave. Every day, you can pop in for happy hour to enjoy some fine beverages, while listening and dancing to rock music straight from the 50’s and 60’s, all the way to today’s rock music, thanks to their jukebox machine. Their prices are very reasonable in comparison to the standard prices for drinks, and ladies may get a little bit of a special treatment, in exchange for a bra or a dance. Everything about this place is wild, and we believe everyone deserves to let loose a little every once in a while.

Crobar

Crobar

Crobar has their priorities straight because they know that once you decide to walk into their bar, all your worries and responsibilities must be left at the entrance. They are only about three things: booze, music, and letting go. Besides, there is nothing a lot of bourbon and rock music can’t fix! The venue doesn’t necessarily focus on looking polished and fancy, seeing as the walls are covered in posters, song sheets taped messily and there a few tables and stools scattered around to provide room for dancing, but all that does is add to its appeal. Crobar also offers opportunities to up-and-coming local bands, to perform at their venue, in hopes of increasing their popularity and introducing new sounds to costumers. So come on down, grab a drink and join the party! Let us know if you love London’s Rock Music Venues as much as we do!
